Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large eg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray or line a loaf pan.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, and egg in a large bowl. Then, add the vanilla extract and the apple sauce and mix very well.
  3. Combine the oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in another big bowl.
  4. Then slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix perfectly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the lined or sprayed baking pan and bake for around 45 to 50 minutes, make sure to cover with foil when it is around the 35th minute if it’s looking too golden until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool down before slicing and serving.
